Free Habit Tracker Printable | Minimal Planner Printable
The key to adopting a new habit, or breaking a bad one, is consistency. It takes work and determination each and every day.
The good news is: our original Habit Tracker A5 printable is now completely free to download!
Not sure what habits to track?
Take the time first to think about what changes you'd like to see in your own life. I think it's so important to always be learning and growing so that we can take action to close the gap between our current state and who we want to be.
But we can't move forward if we don't know where we want to go.
Sure, it's great to start tracking new habits but if you're unclear on your why: it'll be harder to keep going with that habit because the underlying motivation and reason is absent.
Set intentional goals that have meaning for you.
Here are some examples of daily habits to get you thinking:
Read a chapter
Declutter for 5 minutes
No checking emails before 10 am
No social media after dinner
Sleep before 11 pm
Journalling - 5 minutes
Yoga - 10 minutes
Prep for tomorrow
If you're serious about making a change, using a daily tracker will help you keep track of your progress.
Tip: for habits that don't need to be completed daily, you can set yourself 'goals' by highlighting the days you'd ideally like to complete the habit.
How to use:
Highlight or circle the month
Optional: write the letter of the day of the week that corresponds to the date
Write down your habits on the left (be intentional: don't feel pressured to think of more habits to track just because there's space!)
Check in at the end of the day and cross/tick/highlight the habits you've completed that day
