EU & UK Orders
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of collecting and remitting VAT as required by the new laws, EU & UK orders will no longer be accepted on this website.
However if you would like to place an order, I would be happy to arrange a custom listing through Etsy. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to orders@plannedbyjysla.com with your order and details! I apologise for any inconvenience.
Packaging
Stickers may be packed with a sturdy cardboard backing (upcycled from cardboard boxes) to keep them safe in transit. To minimise my impact on the environment, your order is packed with as little plastic as possible unless requested at checkout. Due to existing supply, some stickers may be pre-packed in a cello bag.
International orders will be shipped in a waterproof satchel and/or a mailing box.
Please leave a note at checkout if you would prefer stickers to be removed from cello bags.
Processing Time
Processing time for orders is currently 3 days as it is just me, one person, packing your orders with so much love and I endeavour to pack and ship them as quickly as possible!
Domestic orders
Free shipping on sticker orders
Spend $30 or more for free untracked letter shipping on Australian orders (thin, flat items only). Enter code FREESHIP at checkout.
Spend $60 or more for free standard shipping on all Australian orders. Enter code FREESHIP60 at checkout.
Please note that sticker orders are shipped as untracked letters via Australia Post. For delivery estimates from Sydney, please visit Australia Post’s page for more details.
Orders with bulkier items such as washi tape and memo pads unfortunately do not quality for letter shipping.
Domestic shipping rates:
from $2.50 Letter shipping (untracked) for stickers/flat items only — 7-10 business days
$7 Standard Parcel (tracked) — 2-5 business days
Orders are shipped with Sendle. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (Standard shipping only).
If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, please allow a few extra days for postage.
International orders
Free shipping
Spend $100 or more for free standard shipping on all International orders. Enter code FREEINTLSHIP at checkout.
The postage cost for international orders is a flat rate for all orders starting from $13.
New Zealand $13 (10-15 business days)
Singapore $17 (12-17 business days)
USA & Canada $18 (15-20 business days)
Customs and incomplete/incorrect addresses can lead to further delays.
Shipping prices do not include customs fees, import duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office/postal service for further information before making your purchase.
You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number. You can enter your tracking number here to see shipping updates. Please allow for a few days for tracking to be updated.
